I ran a 7-day Facebook Ads campaign from 31 March 2025 to 6 June 2025, with the primary goals of:

  • Promoting Prime WV services.
  • Driving sales and conversions through conversation-based ads.

Total Campaign Budget: BDT 1,400

2️⃣ Objectives

  • Service Promotion: Increase awareness of Prime WV’s services.

Lead Generation & Sales: Encourage direct messaging and conversations with potential clients.

3️⃣ Target Audience

  • Audience Type: Content Creators, Page Admins, and Business Owners.
  • Age Group: 18–40 years old.
  • Location: Bangladesh.

Refinement: After analyzing the performance, the audience was optimized from Day 3 to focus on high-quality prospects who were more likely to convert.

4️⃣ Campaign Strategy

  • Research & Planning: Conducted market research and analyzed audience data to plan the campaign effectively.
  • Creative Production:
    • Scriptwriting.
    • Voiceover creation.
    • Complete video editing with a focus on high engagement.
  • Ad Structure: A single video creative was used with 3 different ad sets, each featuring unique CTAs (Call to Action).
  • Placements: Facebook Feed, Reels, Stories, Profile Feed, Instagram Feed, Reels, Stories, Live Streaming, and In-Video Ads.

  • Initial Targeting Issue: The ads were initially reaching individuals who were interested but lacked purchasing power.
    • Solution: Audience targeting was refined by Day 3, resulting in better quality leads and improved campaign performance.
  • Conversion Drop-offs: Some initial conversations did not result in conversions.

Solution: By optimizing the targeting and CTA strategy, the conversion quality improved by mid-campaign.
