Yummy Lover is a homegrown cloud kitchen based in Monirampur. They wanted to attract local food lovers and generate consistent orders through Facebook and Instagram. The challenge? They were starting from scratch—no followers, no branding, no marketing experience.
My role was to launch and scale their digital presence through paid ads, compelling content, and data-driven strategies. The project spanned 2 months and focused heavily on performance-driven marketing.
Client’s Initial Goal:
To generate consistent orders and become locally recognized as a trusted food brand.
Target Audience:
Young food lovers aged 18–35 living in Monirampur — students, office workers, and late-night snackers.
Local Market Reality:
Monirampur is not a developed market for pizza and similar fast food. Many local people don’t even know what pizza is, and a majority consider it a “rich people’s food.” While the young generation is fond of it, they often lack the budget to place regular orders. There are only a handful of elite families in the area who can afford this, making the market highly challenging for a new cloud kitchen.
Delivery System Issue:
Food delivery companies like Foodpanda or Pathao don’t operate in Monirampur. For timely deliveries (within 1–2 hours, up to 30 km), we had to create a manual delivery system by hiring our delivery person.
This increased operational costs, as paying a delivery man’s monthly salary in a market that is not yet ready for such a product created a high risk of losses.
Client’s Condition:
The client’s expectation was clear — even if there is no immediate profit, the marketing efforts should at least break even while preparing the local market for future growth.
My Challenge:
Despite all these hurdles, I worked on creating a market from scratch and implemented strategies that not only covered all costs but also generated an approximate profit of 25,000 BDT in just 2 months — a significant success in such an unfavorable environment.
